{So.. 22nd of December.. How fast did this year go? Just crazy.. feels like only yesterday I was posting about my trip to England, and Greece, and all over… and now the year is pretty much done.. I can’t say I’m overly sad to see 2009 go. I’m really excited for 2010 and looking forward to having a really good happy year! I think next year is going to be full of wonderful projects and new ideas and hopefully great ways to move forward with my photography and my business. This will be my last blog post of 2009. Next year will start with some great fresh new work that I’m really excited to share with you.
In the meantime, I wanted to take a moment to thank those of you who have helped me get to the end of this year. Obviously first and foremost my amazing clients. Thank you for being so generous, and loving, and patient. Thanks to my family, Mum and Dad, and my sisters and aunts and uncles.. couldn’t have done this without any of you. And my great friends… Jess, Steve and Dave and Char, Mel, Jordan, Lauren and Rob, Michelle, Geoff, Tony, Kathleen, James, Tara.. the list could go on forever.. And thanks to Syd, my excellent girlfriend, for finding me. Next year will be full of wonder for us all, and I can’t wait.
Two things: When a magazine calls and asks you to shoot their editorial for them.. it’s exciting. When THE premium wedding magazine in Canada calls you and asks you to shoot for them.. it’s earth shattering. Angela, the Editor-In-Chief at WedLuxe called and asked if I’d shoot some editorial for them.. I agreed.. let out a small squeal, and went on with my day. Anyway, below are some of the pictures from this shoot. Also, I’ve been nominated for the PhotoBiz Photographer of the year.. this is a HUGE honour and I’d be super super stoked if I won.. all you have to do is head over to their blog (blog.photobiz.com) and vote. And if I get enough votes.. I win.

Much love, and Happy Holidays, see you in 2010.
